Primus Telecommunications Pty Ltd and iSelect Limited have each paid infringement notices of $8,400 and Dodo Services Pty Ltd has been formally warned, for telemarketing to consumers after they had withdrawn their consent.

Foxtel pays $25,200 for telemarketing breaches

Foxtel Management Pty Ltd has paid a $25,200 infringement notice for breaching laws that require telemarketers to end a call immediately when asked.

Do Not Call crackdown: Lead My Way pays $285,600

Lead My Way Pty Ltd has paid an infringement notice for $285,600 after an ACMA investigation found that the business made telemarketing calls to numbers on the Do Not Call Register.
